Abstract	We report crusted (Norwegian) scabies in two patients with AIDS. Undiagnosed crusted scabies gives rise to outbreak of scabies in persons in close contact with the patients and in personnel and patients at the institutions. The described cases emphasize the importance of being aware of crusted scabies in patients suffering from AIDS.
